However, my last visit was rather upsetting as the service was slow, and we were served with cold food that took too long to arrive. I ordered the fried rice, which used to come with plenty of shrimp, but now it seemed sparse in shrimp—definitely not worth the price anymore! " I'm torn about my last experience at Sun R. I live nearby and eat here fairly often; the food is usually fantastic, especially the wontons. Yet, during my last visit, the service was horrendous! It took almost an hour and forty-five minutes for our orders to come out, which was completely unacceptable. The food was delicious when it finally arrived, but man, that wait is a deal breaker for me, and I'm still fuming about it! Hopefully, they can improve the speed, as I love their authentic flavors.
